The City administrative team oversees City services like Utilities and Public Works, issues Building Permits and Business Licenses, and enforces local and state land use law. Administrative staff are guided by ordinances and resolutions set forth by the City Council, as well as their years of professional experience. City Recorder
The City Recorder is responsible for the preparation, execution, and archiving of all City Council documents as prescribed by State law and City Code.
