Ballard City would like to remind residents that City Ordinance 10.12.020 – Items Not Allowed in Right-of-Way has been in effect since July 19, 2016. While this ordinance has been in place for several years, the City will begin consistent enforcement of its provisions effective August 1, 2026.

GRAMA Records Request

Requests for Records Owned or Maintained by Ballard City

The Ballard City Recorder’s Office responds to all requests for records made under the Utah Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA). 

Requests for records may be submitted several ways:

  1. Complete an online GRAMA Request for Records
  2. Print and complete the GRAMA Request form and submit via email to kmeyers [at] ballardcity.org (kmeyers[at]ballardcity[dot]org)
  3. Print and complete the GRAMA Request form and submit it via mail or in person to:

          Attn: Kaelyn Meyers
          2381 East 1000 South
          Ballard, UT 84066
